In this DVD Tara Lee guides you through appropriate postnatal yoga suitable to practice from 6 weeks after the birth of your baby. There are different options including more gentle yoga, abdominal exercises, deep relaxation and strengthening yoga. It is recommended that you practice more gently for the first few months after having a baby and then you progress to the more advanced, stronger yoga after a few months when you feel ready. Tara Lee has sold over 100,000 DVDs worldwide and is also author of the award winning DVD series Elements of Yoga.

FedEx or DPD tracked shipping is available for all orders up to 25 Kg for £4.95.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! With Royal Mail, DPD and DHL. EU orders under €135 will be charged VAT at the local rate, with no additional customs charges or processing. All other international orders and EU orders over €135 will be VAT-free. VAT and duty and a customs processing fee will be payable when your order reaches customs.
