We take pride in our products. After all, we have tried and tested these products to make sure they are a high quality for you! Your order is important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your products arrive at the time you expect them and in excellent condition. Please take a moment to review our delivery and order processing policy to be informed of how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
Orders placed by noon on a working day (excludes Public Holidays) are processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders which are placed after this time will be processed the following working day.
We are a small team of three working between the office and warehouse - if there is an issue with your order processing or dispatch we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss, and let you know how your order will then be processed and delivered.
**Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date or during a sale, your item(s) may be delayed and may require up to 48 hours of additional processing time.
You may also collect your order from our Edinburgh warehouse which is located at 25 Dunedin Street, Edinburgh EH7 4JG by selecting this option at the shipping/delivery page whilst placing your order. Orders can be collected Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm.
For evening/weekend collections you may collect from our sister yoga studio, Union Yoga Centre at 25 Rodney Street, Edinburgh, EH7 4EL by special request only. Simply select 'collection from the warehouse' and then get in touch so we can designate a day and time for your collection. Union Yoga has a small reception area - so they cannot store orders awaiting collection.
Delivery Methods within Mainland UK
We use DPD, Royal Mail and occasionally Fed Ex to ship orders.
Packages shipped using DPD are trackable and insured. If your order is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately, DPD does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.
Packages sent via standard Royal mail are unfortunately untrackable.
We send you an email when we dispatch your order from our warehouse. We recommend when ordering for next day delivery that you ensure someone is in to recieve the order (or enter an alternative address for delivery).
Delivery times are of course for guidance and cannot be guaranteed unless we specifically describe them as such. Generally there are no issues but please be aware that very occasionally issues arise with the carrier and your order may be delayed.
We take great care to pass on any delivery notes that you provide with your order, but of course once we pass this on to the carrier it is up to the delivery driver to comply. We send the orders to be signed for, and so if you provide delivery instructions (such as leaving in an outbuilding etc) which results in a package being lost/damaged we are really sorry to say that the insurance/compensation would be invalidated.
International Shipping: We can deliver to you almost worldwide! Rates are calculated based on a number of factors, including desired service level, the weight of the item, and the cost of shipping, handling, and customs clearance from the UK to the destination country/region.
Want to check shipping charges before making a purchase? Add items to your cart and click the "check out" button. Don't worry, you will not be charged for an order until you submit your credit card information! You can also get in touch with us - we are happy to talk through your requirements!
Delivery charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination and shipping method.
Delivery Promotional Offers
Like our customers, we are fans of delivery promotions. Unfortunately, however, any special delivery offers available on our website apply only to orders shipping to a UK Mainland destination.
We also regret that free delivery and/or other shipping promotions do not apply to oversized packages. Additional shipping charges will be added to all orders containing oversized products at the time of processing. You can always contact us for more information.
The Mindful Path to Freedom from the Emotions That Cause Suffering
A life without stress or fear may seem like an impossible dream - yet Thich Nhat Hanh has spent a lifetime proving that it is not only possible, it is also within our grasp. On Living Without Stress or Fear, this treasured Zen master shares a message of hope: that we can, through the practice of mindfulness, find freedom from the grip of emotions like anxiety, anger, and despair.
Suffering persists because we nourish the feelings that cause it, reveals Thich Nhat Hanh. Through mindful living, we learn to nourish our compassionate nature instead.
Discovering Your True Home in the Present Moment
We do not find happiness by suppressing emotions like stress or fear. As Thich Nhat Hanh teaches, you can develop a capacity to deal with such emotions by building a sanctuary - your true home in the present moment.
Through techniques such as mindful breathing and the begin anew practice, you purposefully expand your ability to dwell in a state of peaceful clarity, and develop the insight to see through to the underlying causes of negative emotions. By facing your inner darkness with awakened compassion, you can transform toxic energies within you - and radiate the energy of lovingkindness to everyone around you.
Essential Teachings from a Legendary Voice for Peace
Thich Nhat Hanh has lived and taught the path of peace in the most challenging situations - carrying the light of compassion into places stricken by war, famine, and despair.
