1 Ingredient (N)ice Cream!
This lovely ice cream is as easy as it sounds! All you need is around 4 - 5 bananas. Simply peel and cut the bananas, the smaller the pieces the easier to blend later, and pop them in the freezer in a plastic overnight (the bananas will last for about a week so you can always leave them in longer if you like!) Take out your frozen banana pieces and stick them in a food processor (a blender is fine too but just be careful of the speed etc as we don't want the bananas to melt) and simply blend the bananas until a nice thick liquid texture (this will take only 45-60 seconds) and serve the creamy goodness up! It will last in the freezer for a couple days if you don't want it right away.
You can of course make this recipe a whole lot more interesting! You can add in some honey, peanut butter, coco powder whatever you please. Or you could add a topping maybe some chocolate chips or coconut flakes!
