Golden Turmeric Porridge Recipe!

A delicious recipe that will give you the energy and warmth you'll need this Autumn - Golden Turmeric Porridge. Delicious!

This delicious recipe will give you the energy and warmth you'll need this Autumn. 

The ancient science of Ayurveda assimilates the digestive system with a "digestive fire" called Angi! 

Ingredients: 

1 Tea spoon of ground turmeric 

1 Tea spoon of ground cinnamon 

1 Tea spoon of coconut oil 

1 Tea spoon of grated ginger 

1 Cup of oats

1 Cup of coconut milk 

Method:

Simply pour coconut oil and grated ginger into a small pan and bring to a light heat. Then add the ground cinnamon, turmeric and the coconut milk until light boil. Add the oats and stair until it becomes a thick paste. 

Once porridge is ready best way to serve is in a bowl with some blueberries and pour a little bit of coconut milk. Delicious!
