Stay aligned in this shaky and vulnerable pose by keeping the three points of contact: hands, feet and the eyes! Feel safe with one another and stay grounded. For a much deeper connection sync your breath to your partners.
  1. Sit facing one another with your legs bent and your knees to your chest.
  2. Hold your partner’s hands or wrists and bring the heels of your feet together.
  3. Slowly straighten out your legs as you bring your feet upward.
  4. Release your shoulders, straighten your spine and lean back.
  5. Hold the pose there until one of you would like to come out of it. When coming out of the pose, lower the feet slowly until returned to the starting position.
